(if u haven't seen the movie) this a timebreak through a football match were the team is loosing. they worked too hard all season.
I personally think this speech is very inspirational, it''ll probably give u goosebumps while watching the movie.
Notice how he compares football to real life. He uses strong language and really grabs the team's full attention.

I think it's a very interesting predicament that Al Pacino puts the team in with his analogies of hell and wrong choices, in a way placing them upon a pedestal above himself to provide inspiration. The coach also compares the game of football to life, ultimately helping the team to realize that football is as much a part of those player's lives as any other part. I've heard this speech edited into many sports compilations on www.youtube.com and find it very inspiring indeed.
